Does anyone no if you unplug the xbox while its still turned on and then plug it right back in and the red lights came on if that really done any damage to my console?

I'm sorry though, I didn't really answer your question. I've heard somewhere that what you did can really hurt the xbox if you don't submerge it in water and then put it in the freezer ASAP. You might want to look into that.

I heard that if you have the disc playing and tilt it up (from a horizontal to vertical position) at the same time it helps to prevent the RROD of happening.
