Opinion on the sr20det red top

Hey whats goin on - I just got my 240sx with the sr20det in it not too long ago and i was hoping some of you can tell me a little more about it; I mean i dont even know how much oil it takes or how much boost the engine can take. So it would be greatly appreciated if you can help me out.
