I replaced them in my S13 around 140k and AFAIK there was nothing really wrong with them, so it's probably not the end of the world if you don't. That said, I would still replace them since you are already taking it all apart.

it would probably be nice to have camber plates if you track. It will make alignment for street and track much easier. Even if you go romp around a parking lot, it doesn't take much more than a few minutes to make changes ones you know what your plate settings for different camber setting. But then again, just dropping your car you'll probably want some kind of adjustment for camber. If you don't have the cash for plates, just use camber bolts. Now I'm getting a little off topic, so I'll stop.

s14slide: hehe off topic but useful information. is it easy to adjust the camber with the camber bolts by yourself?

FWIW, I replaced the strut mounts in my B13 with KYB replacements when I did a strut/spring job. They looked like OEM but boy did they NOT last. I had to replace the fronts 5000 miles later, because the rubber bushings nearly failed. KYB makes great struts but I won't be purchasing any more of their mounts.
