Discount Tire Direct is awesome peoples.
I have no idea how their shipping deal works with Canadian residents, but when they say "shipping is free within the US", they mean it.
I've bought 2 pairs of tires from them before, both with free shipping.

Well it recognizes im in Canada.. and it says free, it even included the tariff! i'd like a bit more feedback before I order them shortly :)
edit:
Should I get all seasons? Theres snow here maybe 2-3 weeks a year, not usually deep..

I doubt you'll be driving your car in the snow anyway, when it snows here its brutal especially if its anything like last year.

discount tire is great. when i bought a set from them they had the cheapest tires and free fast shipping. And when i went to buy the same tire 4months later and it went up 20$ i called them they pulled up my account and sold me the tire for what i paid for it the first time.

I dont know about the discounttiredirect but I think the discount tire center in cerritos has too many fees. My sister needed a tire quick cause it popped and I didn't research much and went to the nearest tire shop.
We got cheap frisk tire which was $64 dollars. We paid 9 dollar for insurance which I thought my sister needed but with various fees it ended up being 108 dollars.
I also looked around and saw other tire deals and thought it was pretty good. A quick summary of my experience there; maybe a good place to order tire, but getting it installed there, beware of various fees. mounting, balancing, enviroment, disposal, tpms rebuild , etc

I ended up removing the insurance per tire and shipping it to Point Roberts which is a $30 min drive from Vancouver.
DiscountTire = $430 (including tariff/install)
Cost Locally = $950

like i said, if you talk to um you will get the tire for what you paid for it the first time. they care about their customers unlike some companies.
