overpriced jdm tyte crap... 400+ bucks for some steering wheel that makes your car look like a ricer?
save your money and buy something with a good reputation at half the price
a nardi/momo/whatever
momo prototipos sell for like 200 and they were good enough for porsche 917 race cars
it took me 30 seconds to google it.. come on man
KEY's Racing Steering Wheel Flat Type 325mm 350mm (http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-low/KEY-s-Racing-Steering-Wheel-Flat-Type-325mm-350mm-17688)
in the end though, buy whatever you want (no matter how jdm ricer it is) and have a happy thanksgiving ha

its a steering wheel, if you got the money to waste 400 on a steering wheel, throw some love my way. otherwise, momo wheels are really comfortable, and same goes for nrg

Its not about saving money and have a nice wheel. Its all about baller status yes I do have a $350 wheel. Dont be sad you can keep your gay ass momo or your gayer nrg.

I love when people can't/don't want to afford a wheel they call it ricer, crap, and put down the people who want to spend money. Keys racing is still around. Vertex wheels are also from the same company fyi.

Seriously tell me any quality differences between a Keys or Vertex wheel and a Sparco or OMP? They dont have fancy things embroidered in them but the price for those wheels is WAY to high...also I wouldnt call them ricer wheels, just fanboy wheels.

Sparco or OMP hell even Sabelt wheels are top quality for half the price of the JDMfanboi wheel.

I use a nardi. I can't see changing to anything else in the near future. Been using nardi 5 years and i've had momo and sparco b4

Sparco or Die. Keys does seem to be more rarely seen, but I don't think it's worth the hype.

I'm into buying what I like. Attention to details is everything. If there is something I want/like, price doesn't really affect it.

Why are you guys telling him to get some cheaper ass junk wheel.
"Hey guys, I just joined the Z forums, I would like to get a Z34."
"Why do you want a Z34? Just get a Z32 and put some turbos and crap on it, it'll be way better and faster!"
Yeah, that's all fucking great and dandy. He's not complaining about the PRICE of the wheel. He's asking about availability.
You fucktards know how to take topics out of the stratosphere with off topic banter.

If you want a Key's Racing steering wheel, get it!!! Nardi's weren't cheap in the U.S. years ago either, and I remember a lot of debates about Nardi vs Momo vs Sparco in regards to the price/quality.
Call it "fanboy-ish" if you want, but barely any of you guys understand the story behind Key's Racing. Key's Racing is popular in Japan because Kinoshita (the driver behind the brand) is a really nice guy and is close friends with some of the top drivers to come out of Japan in the last 10-15 years. So those drivers began using his steering wheel in their racecars, anything from WRC to JGTC, and so tuners in Japan began to view the steering wheel as a symbol of the Japanese racing spirit.
Anyway, back to the original poster's question. Key's racing is pretty popular with he Evolution crowd, so you might want to check the EvolutionM forums. Driveline Motoring who is a vendor on Zilvia is also a vendor on EvoM, so you might want to send him a PM.

Fanboy crap? I hardly think so. Personally I don't think that it is overpriced. Maybe you think so, but I don't. How is the wheel flashy? It says Key!s racing and has two stars. Those wood steering wheels are flashier than a Key!s wheel.
As stated prior, priced are more likely to go down if there was a greater demand for it in the states.
Ricer fanboy crap would be a "Bride" steering wheel.
Keys isn't crap. If you all want OMP/Sabelt wheel because it's made in the same place, sure. I already know that, but that isn't what he wants. That to me is like saying never buy Apex`i coilovers because megans are made in the same place.

Clearly my post wasn't directly in response to yours, so no need to take offense.
Because you're the first to respond on a zilvia thread everyone is going to take to whatever mindset you post, so naturally everyone tries to relate and agree with you and post up similar posts.
But naturally it fails and then idiots that don't read come in and start needlessly bashing. That's all I'm getting at.

i appreciate the input, but I'm not dumb I of course tried to google, zilvia search for the wheel. and ya i did find that one because it was the first one on google to pop up.. that is not the wheel I'm looking for. i was only wanting for someone to point me in the right direction for finding a keys wheel.

We had used to deal with Kinoshita-san of Key!'s, but due to the fall in exchange rate and production lead times, we dropped out.
Honestly, the selection from Sparco and OMP is far better than what you'd experience with Key!s. We've seen countless wheels with stitching issues where the threading comes undone. With the super high cost and long wait times, there is very little supporting the brand stateside.

KEY!S racing is great stuff no matter how much it is. A buddy of mine had one on his Integra and it was one of the most comfortable feeling wheels I've ever gripped. I like it better than my Monte Carlo.
Though I would never pay full price for a brand new one lol.
^^Now with the exchange rate being so poor, the average price is around 450+.
