it is possible. i have an s14 re-manufactured rack in my s13. my rack also came with s14 inner tie rods.

ok so if i use this rack...can i use the inner and outer tie rods off my old s13 rack?? and what is the situation about the bushings??

yes you can use your s13 tie rods, but might as well beef up to s14 tie rods. you would need both s13 inner and outer as a set.
also bushing is the same. i used s13 energy suspension bushing with s14 rack in my s13 with no problem.

well if i can save the money and use my s13 inner and outers since they are new i would like to do that..so this is all a plug and play conversion?? no need for any modifications??

Partially correct.
The round passenger side bushing IS different, so you need to use the one for the rack, IE S14 rack, S14 bushing. If you've ever seen an ES bushing kit you'll notice they supply two of the round bushings, one for S13/R32/Z32, one for S14/S15/R33/R34.
The oval bushing is the same.
Tie rods can be swapped as long as you use the matching tie rod end. Leaving your existing tie rods in place though eliminates the need to realign the front end, so it's not a bad idea to keep them.

^ agreed and confirmed...currently running s14 rack with s14 bushing on my 91

lol thanks to you too shocker...i appreciate your help i had got it just cuz you said it does work...so im just waiting on the boots and the s14 bushing and throw it all on and see what happens
