Altima transmission in a 240sx?

Since the altima and 240sx have the same engine, but just positioned differently, would it be possible to use the same transmission? I ask because I want to do the manual swap but I find it a lot of newer altimas than S14s. I’m guessing this won’t work, but does anyone have any thoughts/answers.

Wouldn't the front wheel drive part of the altima be a problem?

No loopholes. But you can get parts off a s13.
I'll lock this before some internet commando''s take the easy cheap-shots.
