I know the car is not a S chasis. Looking to see if anybody is interested in a nice vintage build with a stock SR20det motor and 5 speed swap. I can post more info and pics if there is interest. Car is pretty wild with wide body, 16 x 10.5jj -7 offset SSR mesh rims, 4wheel disc brakes, external fuel tank and 240sx interior. Build is not complete. Needs paint and exhaust built (currently only down pipe). Not wanting to waste time on details if this site is not generating leads. Looking for $6000.00. Car has no rust and is complete. 1970 model needs no SMOG here in CA. Take the stock motor and build it up with no worries. Motor has been rebuilt with stock internals. Located in San Diego area.

The way to generate leads is to spend time on details.
Stop being lazy and just do it. You can't sell a car with no pictures, it's like going on a blind date.

I wasn't sure if anybody else would be interested in a Z of this age. Here is an engine shot. The motor is an early blacktop. I just kept the old valve cover as I thought it looked better. The driverside intercooler pipe should be redone for cosmetic reasons. It is what I had laying around at the time. :) Notice the larger aluminum radiator and intercooler. Apexi air filter and BOV. Engine bay has been sandblasted to bare metal and painted with POR 15 to ensure it lasts for another 40 years with no problems.

Seems more interest from this crowd than I thought. Here is a pic of the front end kit. Gnose and period correct vintage wide body WORKS kit. The car needs paint as I put it together using panels from different cars to ensure no rust. I have to headlight covers and all lights for the front end as well. I had removed the lower lip to get a jack under the car last week. Eyeing up the 5 lug conversion pieces for the front. I currently have some 7jj watanabes up front as rollers. I have 15 x 9.5jj -2 offset SSR mesh rims for the front so they match the rears. Parts to build this car are over the price I am selling for as usual. Hard part is finding this stuff. I will post more pics soon.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been away for Thanksgiving.
Here is an old shot of the interior. Floors have been stripped of old sound deadener and sprayed with rubberized undercoating to create a better seal to the metal. Car came from the desert with no rust so very little prep work was needed. Steering colum is now cleaned up as well. I took this pic while I was working on wiring up the painless wiring harness. New modern fuse block and no rats nest of 40 year old wiring to worry about. All new and correct. The center arm rest is not in the pic but I do have it as well. Things to note are the seats, CFRP door panels and the dash conversion.

More pics to follow. Rear disc upgrade, fuel cell, rear wheels, body kit

Here is a full car shot. It is older. All door glass and front windshield have been replaced with new units. Years of the desert had produced ill effects on the glass. It is good to see the body kit. If I had it to do all over again I would have used coilovers to get a lower stance.

its because no one wants to put the work into it, not to mention with the price that your asking for it they can just go get a 13 hatch with the same motor plus suspension work... not dissing your ride at all, because I am also a datsun owner as well. Just saying that you would have way better luck selling it if you block off that bondo on the front of the G-nose and paint it.... feel free to slam on my ride if need be... 74 Datsun with LS1.

Sinking in more money into this is what I am trying to avoid. I know in todays market everyone wants a nice ride as cheap as possible. S13's are fun but are everywhere and the only real difference is color. I was hoping someone would appreciate the vintage aspect this car delivers. Looks like I will have to get this painted and raise the price to get it sold. Shame.

This thing could be so bad ass.
I agree with hrdprking180 not only that but the description and photos of the vehicle are pretty vague..
What's up with the ignition and instrument panel? Is everything still there?

I would love to steal this from you, but like the rest of the world, i am running inefficient on funds; RB26 project is killing me.
