1. The motor is cranking but im not getting any spark?
2. And for some reason the fuel pump is not priming? I had to hard wire it to the battery to turn on. not really a bad thing i guess cuz then i can just run a cut-off switch to it.
anyone with any info on these two problems please chime in. thanks

fried ECU?
I think by hardwiring the fuel pump you eliminated any fuel issues... the ECU would normal control the FP.
Did the car start doing this all of a sudden, or has it ever run?

Just all of the sudden. I took it out of my previous car and put it into another hatch. I check the ECU and it looked good, nothing fried or broken. i just dont know why the ecu isnt turning the fuel pump on

How can i check if the ignitor chip is bad? It should be good the motor was running when i took it out of my car. The ground for the coilpack is to the head then from the head to the chassie. also from my intake manafold to the firewall
