I finally get my car moving after it'd been sitting in the garage for a month because clutch problem. At the very same moment when I'm about to drive out, white smoke came out... I let it idle for almost 10 mins, and white smoke did not stop.
The car has a fresh swapped s14 SR. Most parts like front seal, rear seal, water pump, thermostat, etc. were all changed prior to the swap. Only the engine internal was left untouched except RAS. So what is good to consider to upgrade when i remove the head?

mazworx headstuds if you have the money
arp head studs for the standard
get any type of mhg, apexi, greddy, hks. this is something you don't cheap out on.
valve stem seals are relatively cheap, why not replace while you have the head off.

Did you do a compression check to make sure it is the head? Could be a blown turbo too...

Yea, funny thing, i just went to start the engine to warm up for compression test. The white smoke is GONE!! There was still really mild white smoke you get from a cold engine but then they just disappeared! I went for a 10 mins drive and everything seems normal, ext, boost and oil pressure gauges. I found the coolant resevior had a 1/6 tank (about 1/4 from max line to bottom) sucked out during the first time that I got the dense white smoke, but now, it stays the same and everything seems normal.
Is that a sign telling me that the headgasket, valve stem, piston rings, turbo, etc are about to give out?
Again, what are other parts that I would get coolant leaking into the engine, bad compression and bad leakdown?
anyways, here is the compression test w/ warm engine.
