Really not sure about the s14. As far as problems I know its true and came out of a working eng.

Lol it's only balanced if you include the same pistons/rods/wrist pins that were in it when it was balanced.

S13 and S14 SR's are compatible/identical AFAIK.

not true. you can do a static balancing of the rods pistons and dynamic balancing of the crank on its own. its best done with all the parts that sit on the crank when rotating ie flywheel, front pulley, oil pump gear.
