Seriously though...

These are brand new. They have NEVER been used nor have they been mounted. They were discontinued and then probably sat in a warehouse somewhere I don't know. I bought them from FRSports.com in person from Mike. They were purchased "brand new" entirely new and are STILL in that condition.

Hope this clears things up. Oh and that would make the coat of paint on them new, brand new, entirely new as well.:mepoke:
