RB25 vs 1jz

Hello , I have just sold my sr20det and I'm thinking about new motor . I want to choose between rb25det and 1jz , for me they look similar , R6 , 2500ccm , what is the difference ( instead of turbos ) between this engines? Which one is better , and easier to swap??
