anyways i did a search on this and got one thread and read it, and im having the same problem as in the thread, basically my water pump went out and my car overheated ,now whenever i try and crank it up. it takes like 20 seconds for the engine to slowly build up and once it gets close to 400 rpm it finally starts, and when it does run it smokes (black), and i can smell fuel from the exhaust, once its running it runs like it usually does other then the smoke. i checked the wires and they were all tore up and mushy, so i replaced them. what else should i do? i have done more diagnostics but i dont want open minded opinions. thanks for any help you can dish out
