That boat was seized 5 years ago. Suspected of making drug runs across the English Channel.
Reports came out about it in 2007, after the suspects were taken to trial.

my buddies busted 12 TONS of cocaine in a couple of those. they didnt stick out of the water as much as those. maybe a 4X8ft section would be sticking out of the water.
