Nissan sensor data.

I'm looking at putting together a small data aquisition setup for my daily drifter.. I'm on stock ECU, with simple maf tuning.. I am looking for nissan factory sensor info for the following (89 RB20DET)

Water Temp type/voltages
Tachometer type/voltages
Speed Sens. type/voltages

I already have analog setup for my boost output, as well as AFR readings.. I'm looking at an analog datalogger and want to make sure the inputs are sufficient for the nissan sensors. I dont have an osciliscope, so I dont know what sensors are digital, or analog.. or their correct voltage range.

Any help would be great. I'm new to the super electronics world, but I feel this is a simple start to learn a little.

It would be digital however a consult cable and nissan datascan is perfect for what you want.

Or you could say screw that right with your afc tuning and go with a nistune setup, get full datalogging as well as being able to change the tune on the ecu on the fly.
