Feast Japan

Short round of photos below from last Sunday night. Had the S14 out this time around. Been put away for awhile with little to no time for street use.

Color change is all matte now. Turned out pretty good considering I've never sprayed a vehicle before. All in, with paint supplies, tape, new Iwata West spray gun, total investment was around 25,000 JPY. Rockace supplied all the paint. They make a great product which many autobody shops in Japan use.

If you notice that lower splitter is all new and a custom one off original. 170CM end to end and goes well under the vehicle where it stops at the steering rack. After a few high speed blasts I can definitely tell the car is a lot more stable. Corner grip is also a lot better, though I imagine the duck tail spoiler helps balance out the force in the rear. Should also mention I've taken advantage of the K's front bumper outer vent ducts. Fitted are ducts which are channeling air directly into the brake rotors.

For this coming weekend, myself and several friends will be up at Ebisu for the 2 day track event. Will have some more photos of the car in action aswell as a speedhunters review on it thanks to Dino DC.

No crazy mods here. Custom CAI set up, Cusco N1 race header, large capacity radiator, Nismo stat & Wakos fluids. All matched up with a Mine's VX-Rom. Circa 180-185 BHP. N15 70mm TB and Cams are next on the wish list.

1967 Nissan Laurel GSX partnered up with a 73? GT-R. Laurel had a full weld in cage fitted, modern Defi gauges & Dunlop slicks. Paint work on that car was incredible.

GTROC members strolled in. Tough to get good lighting in that back corner.

And we can't leave out any itasha crazed cars out. So here's a Mocha Cappuccino for you all. Character's name was Miku Hatsuno.
