Hey Zilvia,
I need help, I've searched and searched, and tried everything that I saw when I searched, but still nothing.
I picked up a digital cluster, and put in my car, when I turn the key on, everything goes through it's check, like the oil light and engine light. The fuel gauge and temperature gauge work as well.
Now the problem is, the tachometer doesn't work, and the display in the cluster doesn't work as well, also when I try and turn on my lights, it doesn't light up, but the clock turns off like it would normally.
Do I need the whole subharness behind the cluster, meaning the connection that goes to the actual heads up, because I'm not putting that in, but do I need that to complete a connection?
Please let me know what you all think.
Thanks!

pretty sure it came off a dohc, didn't really check when i was pulling the cluster out.
motors a sr20det.
I already have a analog cluster and want something different, that's why I got the digital hud.

you can easily tell if you have sohc or dohc cluster by looking at the redline...

You need the sub-harness for the digital dash to work. Then if its a dohc cluster it will redline at 6800 the sohc is like 6400 or so...
