Has anyone replaced the Hatch window?

I bent the top trim part of hatch window. I was thinking of replacing top trim but dont know how hard it is to get trim off. It looks worse than the pic suggests.

had a glass guy do it. I would recommend that as well. It is attached to the rubber.
