The s13 tein flex coilovers are designed for mostly track use with also alot of street use. According to the circle graph displayed when you follow the first link below tein flex coilovers are almost a 50/50 split between street and track use.
*Here is the specific link for the overall categorization/intended usage of the tein flex displayed with a circle graph:
TEIN USA | PRODUCTS (http://www.tein.com/products/index.html)
**Here is the link for the s13 specific model:
TEIN USA | MODEL&PRICE | NISSAN (http://www.tein.com/price/nissan.html)
The Nissan 240sx 89-94 are 7kg/mm (392lbs./in) front and 7kg/mm (392lbs./in) rear.
From my experience they are just as the circle puts: both great for the street and track, especially since they are 16 way adjustable.

Well that is what the previous owner told me. I am only stating the information given to me. I mentioned that they had been sitting in his garage in the original post. No lies there.
Don't come in here and point fingers on my thread when you don't know. Read it first. I didn't even install them. That is original owner dirt.
It is a good thing you are able to distinguish the difference from pictures what dirt is from driving and usage as compared to the type that accumulates from sitting and lying around in a garage. I could find 2 sets of identical coilovers each with different usage and storage times and your telling me you could tell the differences in ownership from just pictures of these 2 sets of coilovers. Please... tell me how you do it.
And if they are two or three years old they can't have 2000 miles on them? There is no possible way?! Every coilover owner in existence must have driven on their coilovers more than 2000 miles. That's a fact right? Right? Its just not possible to only put so lilttle mileage on coilovers. I never even mentioned how old they were, ever.
Think before you post, it's like speaking. Garbage can still spew out if you don't plan ahead.
And if I had cleaned them first then what? Could you tell? Looks can be deceiving. Your Tein HE could be polished to visual exterior perfection but blown on the inside and no one would know from pictures until closer live inspection.
I don't know Siapao before or even after my transaction with him. I am not saying that Siapao is not telling the truth and I am not saying he is telling the truth. I am saying that i am giving the information that is best known to me concerning the coilovers. And that is the best I can do.
Don't point fingers.
Here is his recent for sale thread so you and the rest of the world can read:

"TEIN FLEX coilovers. for the s13 chassis. Good condition. They just need to be cleaned from sitting in the garage for awhile." [zilivia.net forum username: Siapao]
Please twistex if you are not helping then you're part of the problem. Make sure you know what you are accusing before write some damaging misleading information. You joined 22 months before me yet you have zero feedback. We have zero history from your transactions here on zilvia. Surely you have bought something from someone here on zilvia since Feb. 05'. I have only 5 feedback comments/history transactions yet that means there are people here on zilvia who put their reputations on the line by saying I am trustworthy and have dealt with me AND TRUSTED ME. Who trusts you?
Don't come back here and post anymore unless you have relevant information. I don't know you and I don't care what you do as long as you don't do it here.
EDIT: BTW siapao said he/she used them for drag not drift. 2000 miles of drag is a lot of usage for 1/4 mile (or even 1/2 or 1 mile) runs, but very little when compared to 2 mile plus courses.
