How do you guys feel about the Lakers... they just lost to the Spurs.

IMO finally some one put those cocky mothers down. i live near LA and seeing the Laker pride.... is kinda coney just my opinion.. don't have me over this.

i feel the same way. I guess it doesn't help that I live in Texas and people will die for the lakers. They are so cocky and get on my nerves. They needed a wake up call and obvious got it. And I don't believe next year they will have a chance to win, because everybody will be good and will get better. :cool:

ok....haters. but what do u expect, after going 3 in a row, there would be a lot of u guys out there.

too bad they couldnt win one more. it wouldve put em in record book as first team to win 4 in a row since celtics, AND it wouldve given phil jackson the most rings out of NBA coaches.

o well, theres always next year...i hope :(

Has anyone noticed that the number of threads that get locked around here has shot thru the roof here lately? I was just thinking, I saw a thread named "Lakers" and thought maybe, just maybe there would be something conveyed that wouldn't have been just as easily placed in the OTHER thread about the playoffs, aptly and very obviously named "NBA playoffs" it's a message board, not rocket science and starting new posts for old (still active) topics kills bandwidth...
