Quick question, can I take the head off of a sr without draining oil or coolant. It hasn't ran in 8 months. I guess what I'm asking is how high does it sit in the motor. I would think oil would be ok since I can't see it below the timing chain but what about coolant? The reason is I can't really spill a drop where I am parked. Thanks

Have you not seen the big coolant pipe going from your head to the radiator?

Sorry but another stupid question. What is the size of the arp nuts that comes with the studs? I can't seem to get anything on them. I thought for sure it was a 12mm 12 point but its too small. Is it standard? I don't want to go buy random sockets. Thanks

I just did my arp head stud like 2 weeks ago and had the hardest time finding the right socket. Only sears had them (in my case). 13mm 12 point. make sure its one of those long walled or however they call it.
