what part of jersey are the lights spray tinted or is that red vinyl?

I'm in the new Brunswick/Edison area. I can meet halfway. They are sprayed also but a coat of clear on them so they wouldn't fade.

are you selling the mounting hub for the steering wheel?(or is that included in the quick release)

and does the steering wheel come with the horn button

The hub is not included in the quick release. You can buy one off egay for like $20. The steering wheel will come with a horn button.
