Wow that was a cool movie, effects were incredible, I was hoping Neo would have got his *** kicked though. Id give you details but I know you don't want to hear them and besides, my 40 of Old E made me forget the important stuff in the movie anyways. :p I cant wait for the Video game!

Ill start this off by saying I WAS a matrix fan. This new movie pretty good up untill the end. They give you a kinda empire strikes back ending, which is ok, but not the way they did it. This is just my opinion.

I walked out of the theater with my brain tied in a not over wetheror not I liked the movie, I couldnt figure it out. When you see this movie, youll understand what I mean. They took a plot twist that as far as I can tell can only lead down 2 different roads, both of which I dont think are befiting of the matrix. Even as I write this my brain is still in a not over if the series can be redeemed. It will take one great script to pull this one out.

If you want to kill your brain go see this movie, or just ponder this:

Draw me a square triangle <- non matrix quote, just meant to destroy those without brains.

Please everyone chim in on what you thought, I know I wasnt the only one on this board to go to the sneak peak last night. dont spoil it for anyone though

I agree with you. I spent most my time laughing through the movie. What the hell was it with the Superman ****? All I could think of was "Kung Pow - Enter the Fist" or something. That was funny :). It was stupid, I thought. The first one was soooo much better. The ending was plain stupid. So unoriginal. Too much fighting. They were fighting every minute. LOL and the resurrection part. Hahaha! That was something. OK, I'm done now.

Ya, havent seen the movie yet (going after studio hours). But the game. Ya, its sucks. I've had it for a few days now for PC and all I can say is that its most definitly a console game, and it just overall sucks. I actually made a list.
1)WTF is this auto aim **** (should have been like Max Payne)
2)LAGGY!! My computer cant run it and my friends who has basically the latest and greatest still looks crappy
3)CONTROLS!!! WTF WHERE THEY THINKING!!

Just got back from Reloaded, and I'm severely... IMPRESSED.
It was better than I expected, and I can't wait for Revolutions.
I wasn't disappointed at the ending, as I was advised to anticipate a cliffhanger.

Just saw the movie. Well I was also impressed. The story was complex (the whole key maker etc). The love story left me wanting to puck (way over done). But Reloaded IS definitely a middle movie to a trilogy. The first one introduces, the second one sets up leaving us for more, and the third wows us. So I am really wanting to see the next one.

Saw Matrix wend. night at the Majic Johnson theater. Awsome movie! One question though....Since when did Zion start throwing rave partys? The way everyone was dressing reminded me of Planet of the Apes. lol Other than that Great movie. Im not mad at the ending at all. The next one comes out in what a few months? Atleast its not like LOTR where you have to wait a freak'n year to see the next part!!

I saw it on wednesday and all i can say is Pure Badass! The movie was great, the special affects and the fighting scenes were just crazy! I can't wait for the the third one. The teaser trailer at the end was cool. Oh, and I actually thought Neo's flying was pretty cool too. Amazing movie....

Well other than what I said before the movie was great! The part where morpheus cut the tires with the kattana was soooo anime style. So at the end neo is basicly using his matrix like powers in the real world huh.... Im really wondering where the storys going from here... rouge agents... 100's of smiths... I wish there was a manga for the 3rd part. lol

On a side note.. Did anyone see the preview for "The last Samurai" with Tom Cruise? Something tells me thats about to blow some huge goats! Since when does tom cruise do epic samurai movies? Maybe they should change the name to "american ninja 6", or better yet "white man takes over japan 3" lol

I saw the preview for The Last Samurai.
Yeah, it looks dumb, but a whole lot better than any of the other previews...and a Samurai movie is a samurai movie...entertaining if nothing more.
What were the other previews? 2Fast 2Furious and what else? I don't remember, blocked them out.

I've read November 5th is the date for Revolutions. As for the tom cruise samurai movie, who knows how that'll turn out, you can't tell much about the movie from the preview. I thought it was neat that they showed his name in english and katakana (tomu kuruzu or something like that).

ok with that out of the way, i thought matrix 2 was as good as the first but in a different way. the first one WOW'd you cuz it kinda "freed your mind" hehe. the second one WOW'd you cuz of the plot twists and the awesome awesome effects and action scenes. for those that didnt like it, you cant expect this movie to bring in something totally new. the first one already introduced u to the concept of the matrix. PLUS, they didnt even intend for there to be a sequel in the first place. (right?) thats what i read.

In addition to being unwilling to read into a movie, a lot of people don't realize that you're NOT SUPPOSED to understand sometimes. Look at the way the architect speaks, the writing is MEANT to confuse you. Even when you can keep up with his vocabulary, he still doesn't say anything absolute. It's all meant for the viewer to scatch their head over. You're left with no explaination, and that builds up even more for the next sequel. A lot of movies are pretty cut and dry by the end, so people are used to movies making sense. If it's explanation you want, the third one is where it's going to happen.

It pretty much sucked in my opinion. Not exciting enough to be a good action movie. And the plot sucked too much to be a good story. That and Keanu Reeves (sp?) can't act, and his naked *** didn't help things. Fishbourne's talents are under-utilized, and though he was good in the first one, he couldnt save this one. Maybe the last one will be an improvement. It reminded me of the new star wars movies, where everything seems forced and contrived.

I thought it was pretty clear that NEO did the damage. And the directors tried it make it pretty clear too. The way he knew about the gernade and how he felt the machines before they even turned the corner.

And also remember the fact that when the emp is discharged, the ship that used it is down for several minutes afterward. (remember when they used it in the first one, the whole ship was completely shut down). It was definitely Neo using his powers in the real world because the time between Neo fainting and that other ship arriving was, at most, 15 seconds, which is not even close to the amount of time the ship would need to reboot itself after using the emp. Think about it, that ship would have had to use the emp, reboot all the power throughout the ship, take off again (with no power, that ship, most likely, would not have been in the air), and then go to pick up Neo, Trinity, Morpheus, and Link all in a matter of 15 seconds. That's highly unlikely. The most obvious conclusion is that Neo used his powers in the real world.
