S13 sub box enclosure - CHEAP

This sucker has been sitting here at work, its built to drop into the spare tire location on a hatch. Fits a 12-inch sub. Nothing special but its wrapped and has the cable and everything just missing the sub itself.

No use for it just want it out of here 50 bucks? Pickup only in Manhattan beach area

how deep of a sub does it fit (i.e. height of inside of box)?

what's the total cubic feet of inside (if you're not sure, just the inside overall dimensions of LxWxH would work)?

Which orientation does the box sit - i.e. does the non box area go to the right or left of the spare tire? LxW dimensions of that piece?

I'm trying to see if this will fit in an s13 convertible - should w/o a problem, just want to verify dimensions.
