I know there is a specific torque you have to insert a new flywheel but i was not sure if you had a specific torque when you are putting on the clutch?

I dont remember correctly its been a few years since I did A/T to M/T swap but im pretty sure I torqued down the flywheel at 120lb and pressure plate at 32lb search though i could be wrong.

i found you do the flywheel at 95 lbs and im not sure what i have to torque the clutch down to i looked and cant find anything

flywheel torque is 90lbs
clutch pressure plate torque is 37lbs

Yup, this is very close to what I would do. I like to keep m8's around 35lbs (that's the published value for M8 grade 10.9 hardware with loctite), if you actually get the bolts to these values you won't have any problems.
Time until he asks how to use a torque wrench on the flywheel to get 90-100lbs without it moving... 5... 4... 3...

fuck this thread its bullshit i want everyone to know 35 on the clutch pressure plate will cause you to snap a bolt just an update on this thread cause it fucked me over. later research says pressure plate is torque'd to 16-22 holy shit was i sad when a 10 minute install turned into a trip to a machine shop because of bad info

well if anybody cares i did my flywheel at 119 and my pressure plate at 20
