when i was little i found a $50 bill at Giants Stadium. And at my old job there was a bunch of little kids that went there and they always dropped money, and I would find it later(just 1's and 5's though).

$5, but one time at the bank drive-thru they gave someone else's cash (like $750). Does that count? I didn't keep it though.

one day i lost 600 dollars when i was 16 (which means, ALOT OF MONEY), i wrecked toyota tercel, and had to buy parts at the dealership, but i didn't know the part number. so the guy was kind enough to go to the car w/ me to look at the part number, while i was taking my keys out of my pocket, i accidnetly drag all the money out without knowing. so when it was time to pay, i dug into my pocket and found 40 bucks, i'm like, wtf? i looked outside, next to my car was a stash of 20's dancing in the wind, i quickly ran out and got it, and i was 200 bucks short, so i looked around and found another 100 dollar bill, and i couldn't find the other 100 dollar bill for like 30 minuets, so i got really ****ed off, and started to look all over the dearlership, and found it at a corner with a lot of machines. lucky is me.

i've found was $3.26 in 1 year. junior year in high school i had a jar of all the money i found, so i picked up every penny, nickle, dime, quater and dollar that i found. it was 3.26, yup, can't have a dollar w/o a penny

i had worked at my first job for about 3 days, picked up my paycheck to see it written for over $1500. turns out they had misplaced the decimal and paid me $650 per hour instead of $6.50 on one night ... i had them fix it though, i don't think i could have gotten away with it.

i would have tried had i known i was going to get fired in three weeks for something i didn't do  .

No matter how shiesty i am, I always seem to be losing money . I always find loose change though.

On a somewhat related note for me, one of the best feelings: perfect change. I hate getting pennies in return.

Do what i do.... just give pennies back. I feel that as a society we should slowly veer the penny out of our monetary system. Lets start the anti penny campaign right now. WHOS WITH ME!?

most i found was $100 bill inside a folder paper (like a pocket), taped to a light post in the middle of a crosswalk (was like an island thing because the road was wide).

Most I have ever found by myself is a few 20s as a kid, but as a kid a 20 is like a 100 right now, hell even now 20s are a lot to me.

My friend found a wallet with 150 dollars in it, he gave me the credit cards, but I didn't feel like getting caught so I never used em.

Lately I find money laying around, which is mine but I lost, so its like I am finding money.

Like someone said it is hella sweet to dig in your pockets and find some money.

When I was a teenager we would hit the waterparks a helluva lot during the hot summer months. The entrance fees werent cheap and we weren't made outta money so often times we would take our break/rests in the pools at the bottom of the long innertube rides, it never failed every single time one of us would find either a plastic container a ziploc baggie with some $$. I really never thought to keep track of how much we found split but it was enough to usually get 4-6 teenagers soda and snacks from the expensive food stands.

Now if you believe in karma i would probably be fuct but several years later while living in japan I found a wallet with over 60,000 yen and credit/bank cards in it. I did the honorable thing and turned it in to the local police box (koban) as I had no clue how to contact the guy. BTW 60,000yen at the time was around $560 so don't think I'm a saint or anything.

I'm lucky... really...

When I was in japan the last time I found what was 10,000 Yen on the floor ^_^ (ichiman)... about 100$ us...

about a year ago I found a wallet with 400$ in it, but I turned it in... and im pretty sure the person I turned it into pocketed it... GRR...

So if karmas right, im due for 400$... which i need... for car parts...
