Well, Arnold does have a confrontational history with the CA legislature.
This shouldn't be a surprise.

I actually like Arnold for the most part.
It's good to have some moderate politicians in CA.

Liberals here will always hate him.
Conservatives consider him a Republican in name only.
That's usually a good sign when both parties hate you.
