-I bought this phone off ebay and turned it on to check what I could out before the batery died( low battery) and I never got around to buying a charger(uses Samsung charger). Its a cool phone but I got something better.
Only thing I noticed was that one of the buttons sits higher than then others due to wear. Still worked when I had turned the phone on.

Like blackrms13 said, no need to unlock it. The website I got the features from doesn't really explain all the phone can do. I had it on shortly so I know there is more but not 100% sure how much more.
