Help with buzzing relay

Okay I have a 93 s13 with a sohc swap(don't ask) At any rate while trying to get the A/C working I thinking I shorted the wiring for the PAIRC. I found the buzzing relay it is the one behind the fuse block and it was the top one. I replaced it with still no luck I have tried 2 different ecu's and I still have a buzzing relay. Once again that I feel is related to the PAIRC. It also causes my brake LED on the dash to fade in and out with the buzzing. It goes out after a little bit but comes back on just about everytime I let off the gas. What should my next step be I am hoping to not have to replace that harness. anything else I can do?:duh:

i had a similar buzzing relay prob. This would happen when i would try to start my car, the starter would crank but not turn over and the buzzing would start.

also while driving at night sometimes the batt light and then the ebrake light would come on dim, or flicker.

i changed out my alternator and everything had been just peachy for the past like 3,000 miles. theres prolly other people on here that can help you out too. good luck.

Well that kinda makes sense as it goes away as I drive.
