Did this come out of an S-Chassis? which one S13 or S14? how did it fit? did you have to modify the door panels?

Yes, it came out from my S14. it fits well, Very Comfy! Good for track as well!
There was no need to modify my door panels.

You sure? It looks exactly like the Pole Position I have in my car, and nothing like the SPG's I've seen.

The lower leg support and the lack of wear pads on the shoulder area are the biggest things that stand out.

Pole Positions are still really nice seats though(I like mine).
