Ill get some pics up later but basically i need to extend my positive battery cable/terminal 6 inches. What is the best simplest way to do this?

get a longer battery cable, or deloom your lower harness and, you could possibly get the 6inches of slack from doing that...

Even if you are tight funds, just pull the cable out from the lower harness and pray it extends long enough. If not, just buy a new cable. Do not extend it with butt connectors, soldering or any other quick fix method.

Hmm well i guess ill mess with it, i was thinking like a battery relocation kit except only 6 inches long haha. Whats the risk involved as long as everything is tight and sealed up so it cannot make contact with any metal piece?

if ur on a budget u could just put in a fuse and then add the 6 inches that way.

I don't see why soldering would be bad. Just make sure you do it right and solder it completely so there is no resistance. I didn't have one of those larger (hotter) solders to tin the wire completely so I used a propane torch lol, worked great. Over a year and no problem.
