Hey guys, I'm wondering what can cause this to happen or any of you have experienced this before and what did you do to alleviate the problem. I checked back threads and there isn't much on this subject.
Here's what I've done so far. At first I thought it was the seal that connects the two parts of the turbo, so I had the turbo rebuilt. As soon as I put the unit back on and started to boost (Only boosting 6.5 psi) after rebuilding the turbo, the oil still kept leaking and is leaking again now.
I'm no ASE mechanic but I do know that the oil leaking through my turbo piping is gonna gum up my air filter and eventually start to fill my intercooler with oil.
Any advise as to what else I can do or check that could be causing this problem is very much appreciated.

quick Q before making suggestions: how is your valve cover breather set up???

By the way this is a KA-T set up a KA24DE with XS Engineering turbo kit on it with the T04E turbo.
Currently, I have a heater hose from the valve cover breather that connects down to my intercooler piping. I should be running a silicon hose I know, just haven't got around to buying one yet.
I have noticed leaking and a pool of oil directly beneath teh air filter. I opened up that heater hose and noticed some oil in the hose that connects to the IC piping, but when I pulled the hose off the end to the breather, it was dry.
What do you think?

I've also noticed a little hesitation sometimes when I punch it and the boost kicks in, usually in 2nd gear and very rarely in 3rd gear, then it takes off like a rocket. I actually smoked an Altima 3.5 V6 last night on the 60 freeway so I know everything is still working great, but I fear I may blow **** up if I don't get this fixed. Thanks again guys.

Should have a catch can or something on that hose. I'm going to assume it's connected to the intake piping between the air filter and turbo (basically "before" the turbo)??
