What to do about eBay fraud

I have been a victim of ebay fraud...:mad: In my attempt to complete my blue to black interio swap for my s13, i won a auction for a new black center console and black kick panels the guy never sends the money. I emailed him numerous times and no repsonse after the email he sent me about him sending the pacakge. So i wait three weeks later and still no package so i emailed him 2 times. and finally i complete a ebay fraud form. Has anyone been in my shoes aobut this? and if so have you gotten your money back and how long did it take? I am almost odne with my interior but this is just ****ing me off!!!:mad:

Nah sprry man i was the buyer and he was the seller. I sent him the money order and he said he recieved it and said he'll send it over the weekend three weeks ago. So i am paitiently waiting and emiled him two time and no response.

Take the other part of your money order and try to cash it back out and just back off the deal. Forget him man. If he can't learn how to conduct business properly, don't deal with hiim.
