That looks like the balljoint connecting the lower control arm to the spindle....
I only see one thing in that picture that could be construed as a bushing, and it's not really a bushing, it's a balljoint.
EDIT: By front left, front right, are you saying on the front left and front right wheels of the car?........bc I thought you meant front left and front right of the picture, so i was really lost.

1.Balljoints
2.Pain in the ass,I'd recommend bringing it to a shop to have it removed. Some people have had luck with a press and/or a hammer mine were so old and corroded they did not want to come out.
3. About $70 for both

I concur. The ball joint on my supra actually went out while I was waiting for the right part to come in. I think it cost me like 200 for the part and labor from the dealership.

yeah front left and front right wheels. sorry for the confusion.
so it is a ball joint. are they supposed to look all cracked like that? last time i had a align/balance/rotate, they said the the camber couldn't be adjusted properly because the "cups" might be bad. i don't know what that means, but i guess that isn't the same thing as a ball joint.
completely stock suspension btw

All Nissan dealerships sell the whole lower control arm w/ the ball joint already pressed in and a fresh bushing. But a company call MOOG sells that ball joint alone which need to be pressed onto your LCA. They go for about $50 each.

Balljoints
Press them out with a balljoint remover tool
Autozone rents it and Harbor Freight sells a kit on the cheap
(any other method of removal is a royal pain in the ass)
Get the Moog ones if you decide to replace them
On a stock car you can't adjust camber
you'd need camber bolts for that or camber plates
the balljoints on the picture you posted don't look that bad
I personally wouldn't replace that one
bad ones are usually cracked, leaking grease or rusting over

the paper says "possible lower control arm or cradle causing caster problem". what cradle are they talking about? the print out of what they did shows that the caster on the right front wouldn't get within the specified range.

They don't know anything about alignments sounds like. Both the caster and camber are not adjustable with the OE suspension. The cradle would be referencing the front crossmember. What they may be saying is either of those items could be bent.
The boots are a little worn, but that usually says little of the balljoint's actual condition. The bad news is you have to pull apart your suspension to see what type of condition they are in. You want to check the FSM for the rotating and moving torque values and guesstimate yours and compare. If it's flopping around when you touch it or move the arm, then obviously the balljoint is bad and needs to be replaced.
I'd say 99.999% of the S13s in the world with original balljoints are totally worn out, especially the front(much higher loads and constant turning wears the joint out faster).

I suggest looking at the factory service manual. In the suspension section they break down to you what the different parts are called.

More than likely your caster problem is the TC rods, but like Russ said none of it is adjustable with OEM parts.
This might help...

Put some energy suspension bushings in your tension rods, and change your balljoints as well try to get regreasable ones just because. If you need to change your rear ball joints you get them from an 89' Nissan Sentra but you use the FRONT! ball joints from that car and put them in the REAR! of the s13.
That is all.
Good luck!
+1 that your balljoint does not look that bad.
