View Full Version : S13 vs. S14 stock ruca length

Sorry for cluttering up the forum, but I have not been able to find out whether S13 and S14 ruca's are the same length, or if one is longer than the other.

If anyone happens to know the answer, please let me know. Or if you happen to have an S14 ruca handy, I would really appreciate if you could please measure the distance between the holes. On the S13 ones, the holes are about 29.5cm apart. The measuring in the picture looks all goofy because I had a difficult time taking it while holding the measure tape, but you get the idea. :)

As soon as I find out the answer this thread can be locked/deleted.

They are the same length. At least that is what several people have told me.

Well, it's close, but measured twice and it's 30.5 to 30.75 cm or 12 inches to be exact. I wonder if you can interchange adjustable units between chassis...I'm sure someone has. Hope that helped!

I've used aftermarket s13 arms on an s14 multiple times. As well as spl parts only sells one type of RUCA for the S-chassis now.

I was more or so interested in hopes that the s14 ones would be longer so they could be bolted up to a s13 as an oem swap.

i tried to do this too, i even looked into Q45 & J30 RUCA's but their all the same sizes.

Whereas I was hoping they were shorter, haha.
Z32 and R32 RUCA are identical to S13 ones.
S15 RUCA are identical to S14 ones.
Pretty sure Q45, J30, and other models share the same designs as well.
Apparently all are the same length.
Bummer.
