There's two options.
1) Drill holes on either side of the crack and zip tie stitch it back together.
2) Get over it, it's fiber glass, it's going to break.

2) apply fiberglass on the back side, bondo, sand, paint

Yo I used to zipstitch all fanboy like.
But then I went to pep boys and got a fiberglass repair kit, so much better/easier.

that rage body filler will work great on metal only (easy to sand)
you need resin, fiberglass sheets, stropg repairtape to hold cracked area inplace, brushes,scissors,80grit &180grit sand paper with soft pad and small block, and long strand fiberglass filler. since you said its a big crack
first sand both front and back of the broken area wit 80grit sand
make sure theres no fiberglass poking out has to be smooth
next drill small holes next to the cracked areas so it will stop the crack from spreading
now clean the area add repair tape to the outer front of the broken area this will hold it in place till you repair the back of the crack.
now mix resin and harnder on a big bowl mix according to the directions.
cut the sheet of fiberglass atleast 2inches from the middle of the crack
make sure you have sand down with 80 grit that way it will stick to the fiberglass before adding your sheet or it will just come off later.
just place sheet into bowl of resin cover it with resin and place it on the cracked area and brush it down nice and smooth all around make sure theres no bubbles push firmly with the brush
add as much sheets as you want just dip them in resin and brush 4 sheets should do
let it cure for a while idk maybe 4-5 hours untill its super hard.
then just sand with 80grit till its smooth
then add longstrand fiberglass filler evenly and sand .
now flip it around to the front remove tape and add fiberglass body filler make sure you push it into the cracks and holes you drilled and just sand with 80grit and smooth it out with 180grit and featheredge it nice and smooth to the surface and your good
might be missing some stuff hope this helps...

that rage body filler will work great on metal only (easy to sand)Rage isn't just for metal only. It works fine to fill in the cosmetic imperfections that you usually get after sanding fiberglass down.
Better results with glaze tho...

yes true work on fiberglass aswell but idk i rather use fiberglass filler seems more flexible.
i used rage on fiberglass and seems to crack after a while since fiberglass moves around.
if its going in the front bumper ill go with evercoat everglass fiber tech its pricey but really strong and flexible since your front bumper will get beating by tiny rocks ect...
and finishing glaze once your done with the fiberglass filling

budget repair go to home depot or auto parts store, and buy the cloth and resin that they carry, its not the best stuff but as long as you clean /rough up the surface you apply it to, it aint bad, esp if its just bodykit repair.
Wear gloves because the resin gets messy. I cut open 2liter soda bottles and use the bottom to mix the resin in , so i can toss it away after. Cut your fiberglass sheets first, cut all of them because you dont want to grab scissors after you play wiht the resin or handle too much fiberglass since it will get all over the place. No biggy though.
heres an example of what i did to correct some bs

if i ever paint this car again, i might fill in the fender vents and rework the rear portion of the fender to clean up the gap.

what everyone else said. i would add you should drill a very small hole right into the head of the crack (where the crack is propagating). this pretty much ensures the crack will not continue to spread. after that, repair per your preferred method as normal.

^what he said. this way it wont get worse. fiberglass will take time and work but if done right you're good as new...just so it can happen again the next time you go driving:keke:
