KA-T Intercooler piping

So I searched around for intercooler piping for a top mount setup on a KA and I found that the S13 SR piping kits will because the intake manifolds have similar designs work but not the S14 SR kits because the different design of the intake manifolds and I would need a custom hot pipe.

I just wanna see if anyone hear has done this or can confirm its true
