View Full Version : CA KA24de ITBs w/manifold, Brian Crower Cams, 6-puck clutch/flywheel, 5spd Trans

As the title states it, these are GSXR 1000 throttle bodies mated to a KA24de intake manifold. The runners were cut and then ported to smooth the transition of air flow from the throttle bodies into each individual runner. The intake manifold comes with the fuel rail that has SR20 370cc injectors installed. Sold as-is.

The KA24de head has a valve job with new valve seals, Cometic metal headgasket, Brian Crower 264/264 Stage 2 cams, and a new timing kit. These parts have only 100 Miles on them. Sold as-is.

XTD 6-puck Stage 3 clutch and Lightweight SFI rated chromoly flywheel. The clutch is stated to 288ft lbs of torque/320HP. The flywheel weighs in at only 11lbs. This setup was only used for 100 miles and you can see there is still complete clutch disc life left. Sold as-is.

1992 Nissan 240sx 5spd transmission. Shifts and drives fine when we were using GM Synchromesh gear oil. Had a new Koyo throwout bearing installed 100 miles ago with the XTD Clutch/flywheel setup. Sold as-is.

sick ITB setup. I used to have a 20V AE86 and i loved the sound and response. However those stacks look rather long, does it actually fit in between the strut towers? you got a pic of when the motor was installed?

Well no one wanted to pay for the car un-tuned and it was just too much of a hassle to find a decent tuner anymore for the Tec-II so we are getting rid of the KA and dropping in a complete sr20 with stock ecu and harness so we can go to our time attack and autox events.

Shell will not be sold.

To answer your question anyway, i never made any video of the car running since it was never properly tuned on a dyno.

in the second portion of this for sale, you are selling just a built ka head and headgasket, or complete motor?

The bottom end of the motor is not available for sale at the moment. It is just for the built KA head with the throttle body setup.

The motor sounded very lopey with the cams and throttle bodies but sounded insane under throttle! Wish it would have been fully tuned to have made a video but there is no chance of that now so we need to part ways with the KA.

doesnt look like there would be enough room for some sock filters. I would love to have this but those runners are just too long. I couldnt run it without some sock filters. If you would be interested in making a set with shorter runners PM me.

All you have to do is cut the runners because they are mild steel. Any exhaust shop can make you runners in the length and taper that you want with their pipe expander as well.

The block alone is available. Ill have to talk to my dad to see when it is ready so just PM me with your number so i can give you a call.

Why would we make another ITB setup and sell when this one is already done and ready to sell?? Buy this one and just cut the stacks a little shorter.

Sold the head/valve cover package.

The ITB setup is still available and so is the short block (needs new rings) which has factory Nissan oil pump, new water pump, SOHC pistons, and the alternator. Best offer on these items get it!
