So I just swapped in a KA-E with an auto transmission, but I have no clue where the 5 or 6 plugs go for the transmission they are all on one harness. Are all the plugs on one harness or are there anymore plugs that I should fish out?
Thanks.

the one all the way on the right is for your alternator.

Would it make sense that (1)speed (2)reverse (3)overdrive (4)alt like slidin240wayz said and if that is right where do they go into? How would the overdrive plug reach to my shifter?

I'm telling you right now. Very few people will know what those plugs are because most people go the other way, i.e. they throw out the KA-E auto and swap in 5-speed.
Fortunate for you, I have an auto KA-E with completely stock wiring sitting in my driveway. Plus I actually have a KA-E FSM. There are differences between KA-DE and KA-E auto harnesses. Trust me. I looked through it with a Nissan tech.
I'm a little busy right now, but if you're nice to me, I'll help you out :)

Ok, yeah whenever you have the time just let me know. I've been trying to find this out for quite a while now.

Just from memory one of them the revolution sensor. I remember troubleshooting the revolution sensor. There are 3 sensors next to the relay box near the battery.

Large one goes to a connector underneath your passenger side fuse box. The other three go on the side of the passenger fuse box (facing towards the manifold).

Ok, I'll go outside and check this out. If I can't find it I'll take some pics of what I'm looking at.
edit: This is a manual car with an auto tranny, is there a possibility that I won't have these plugs near the passenger side fuse box?

Uh, ya. Why would you think a manual chassis is prewired for an automatic transmission?
You need the entire underhood harness and the chassis harness in order to make your plan work.

Well i tore everything out of an auto car so I have everything I just need to know where it would go.

If you have the entire harness as I said it's self explanatory. You've already been told the plugs are beside the underhood fusebox. The transmission will plug right in if you've swapped every bit over from the auto chassis, and of course the ATC will plug in above the ECU inside. If you haven't swapped it all over yet, start stripping the entire car and do it. Everything from nose to tail has to be moved over from the auto chassis. Seems like a ton of work to me though to add an automatic.
You will also want to make sure both cars have all the same options, otherwise you may lose some things like power windows, locks, amplified audio, cruise, etc. as things like that aren't prewired either.

I see I'll try take a good look at it again. Hopefully I'll come up on a 5 speed.
