It's a 90 s13 with a s14 dual cam swap. I recently relocated my battery to the hatch and wired up the rest of my system, everything was working great for a few days and then I go out today and when I put the key in and turn it to start the car it's just blank, no power to the whole car. I was just driving the car 5 minutes before hand too, it was actually running better than ever.
I have 12v coming out of the battery and into the engine bay, but as soon as it's hooked up to the splitter power drops to .5v. The splitter is a 3 way T and connects the battery +, starter and I'm assuming fusebox/alternator power wires.
The starter + wire going tot he starter was lose so I tightened that up and then I found I blew the 10A Engine Cont. fuse in the engine bay.
My grounds are good, I checked resistance between the body and engine and body and battery both are like .7ohms.
I was thinking it could be a ignition switch. When I put the key in and turn to to accessory so the key lock engages, then turn the key back towards off, the clock slowly dims on and off. Otherwise with the key out the only thing that works is the clock. If I turn my lights on 1 click the clock turns off.
What could it be?
