Can you get a back wheel alignment on a car? Or can anyone suggest why my back tires have worn like this or what I can do to keep the new tires from doing this?

you either have pretty good (bad) negative camber in the rear, or you have toe out, or a combination of both (most likely). If the car is lowered, raising it a little will help, but ultimately, you'll have to get some sort of camber and/or toe correction kit.
