Actually, the only reason Robert Downey Jr. didn't catch flak for his role, was the fact that it was SUPPOSED to be racially insulting. That's what made the role "funny".

So, no, you didn't need to add that. Two completely different set of circumstances.

Other than that, the world is too PC these days. I see no problem with this. I also see no problem when people who clearly aren't Irish are "Irish" on St. Patrick's day.
