So my battery dies if my car is off within a 2-4 hour period. I tested multiple batteries from other cars and a new one for mine, they all die within 2-4 hours.. What could be my problem? I know for a fact that my trunk light stays on no matter what but i had that problem for a while before this was happening, and it never died on me.. This start maybe about 2 months ago, what could be the problem? Thanks you!

Do you got a way to check battery voltage? If so try hookin it up to the battery and start pulling fuses till the volts stop going down...if you get what I'm sayin

sounds like a parasitic drain..
go with a digi volt meter and do what he^^ said pull fuses still the volts stop dropping.

yea i have one of those battery chargers that can read voltage and alternator thing of magij.. Can you guys explain in further detail on what i should do, i kinda don't understand. so basically run my car, and pull one fuse at a time and see if check for any voltage drops? shouldn't i look for voltage increase since im pulling it out?

To make it simple hook up that thing to with the car off..start pulling fuses till you see the voltage stay stable..and with that trunk light try unpluging it it could be it maybe

This is exactly what I would do. If you can't figure it out, PM me, and you can roll down to my place and I'll test out for ya.

i've pulled out the trunk light and nothing really changed, but we'll see after today.
