Stupid Question

My headlights are acting up and by that I mean the low beams don't work but the high beams work. On low beams both headlights are out, and as soon as you switch to high beams they both work. I have the H4 conversion any help would be appreciated. Oh yeah before I forget I checked the Headlight fuse and its good.

well assuming you are using sealed beam, like on an s13, it means you need to change your bulbs.

I thought something was wrong with mine but when they burn out thats what happens and they tend to burn out within a few days of each other, you probably just didnt catch it till they were both out.

Thats what mine did, no low beam, only high, meaning that your low beam filament is gone or burnt on both bulbs. Get a new set and if that doesnt work, then check the wiring between the switch and the bulbs

mine do just the oppisite. ...lows work, highs don't. I replaced the headlights and it DID NOT fix it. So on mine anyway it's prolly either in the switch or the ground for the brights. Either way i'm just planning on running a new switch to run my brights.
