Selectively blocking member(s)?

Is there a way for me to selectively block certain members of the forum? I enjoy reading here but sometime I would rather not read the garbage that these people posts.

Go to the user's profile, at the top of the middle there is "User Lists," click it and it will bring a drop-down...
What to click from there should be obvious, "Add to Ignore List."

I will warn anyone reading this that you not do this to a moderator or admin, because missing a warning does not exempt you from it.
