1989 Nissan 300z 5spd

I have a 1989 300z 5 spd with black interior. The car doesnt run, i pulled the ecu and it was fried. But the car is 100% complete. The window reg. in the passanger door is messed up. The driver side front fender has a good size dent in it, and on the passanger side rear its scuffed up a lil above the tire but nothing crazy. Im loc in socal... im looking to get 1000
