So i just got done puttin my s13 sr in a s14 it starts up fine, idles good, no smoke, and sounds great. Now the problem im having is once i start driving it will run fine as long as i feather foot the throttle but when i try to give it more gas it starts to hesitate and sputter. I have a walbro 255, got a new 300zx fuel filter, changed MAFS, and checked all the fuel lines everything looks good. I had the same motor in my s13 right before it got wrecked and it ran great. So at this point im not really sure wut else to do any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

What plugs are you running. Try colder plugs ;like BKR6E-11 if you already have those try BKR7E-11

Boost leak.

+1

Doesn't sound that bad man. Do you have a boost gauge?, see when it when it starts sputtering. If you can't gather any boost then I think its a boost leak too. If you can gather boost and run fine for a short while before going to a higher RPM, then maybe a coil.

there is nothing in his setup that would need an air flow meter conversion. Its basically stock. Its obvious to anyone who has been around boosted nissans, its a boost leak.

That is why it was already repeated twice in this thread.

I'll say it again; It is a boost leak.
