I have a brand new Universal Apexi filter which is the largest they make. Part number 500-A021. Outlet size 85mm, filter diameter 160mm. $40.

Apexi sells the universal filters and necks separately, so this is just the filter which retails for like $69. This is the filter than comes with the all the Apexi SR20 DET kits, but as a universal filter, if you buy this you will need to buy the proper neck from Apexi for the redtop MAF. The part number for that would be on the Apexi website

It seems the smallest universal neck you can get for this filter has an 85mm outlet, so if you were to use this filter without the kit you would need to buy the 85mm neck and buy a silicone reducer. The good news about this is that you are pretty much guaranteed that the filter wont be a restriction up to higher power levels.
