R.I.P. sr20det water pump???

so i let a friend borrow my hatch for two days and he let me know the bad news today before he returned it that my car was "pissing" coolang all over the damn place. so i get the car to my house and him stopping a few times to make sure it still had some coolant in it. after we park it and jack it up and start looking around and discover coolant leaking from, it looks like, the water pump. but theres also a small hole that feels like it has threads in it above or near the crankshaft pully that SEEMS to have coolant leaking out of it as well. so i keep pouring coolant in and it just keeps leaking out.
any suggestions?
water pump bad?
thermostat bad?
freeze plug bad or missing?

just to let you all know, i DO NOT beat on my car. this is the first time this
has ever even overheated.

also, what type of water pump should i get and where can i get it?

use a SR water pump. your water pump went out. theres a little hole on the water pump when it goes bad. thats where the coolant comes out when it goes out

Sounds like its the weeper hole...thats a sign the seals and bearings are done. Definitely time for a new pump.
